What is self care?

It's very simple, being good to yourself and taking good care of yourself mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and financially. The preservation of ones health and well being is very important, to protect your peace and happiness. No one should have control over your peace of mind, create boundaries, who cares who don't like it but always be kind to others. We have only one life protect it the best you can. 


Meditation is the basic mindfulness of paying attention, focusing on one particular thought and eliminating all other negative thoughts that may be crowding your mind and creating unwanted stress in your daily life.

  • Find a place to sit away from noise (in your room close the door or closet)
  • Set a time limit
  • Focus on your breathing, slowly breathing in and out with your mouth closed
  • When you feel your mind wandering, bring it back to breathing
